Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your package in real time.

We currently ship to Canada, France, the United States, Europe, and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination.

Return an item purchased from FluffyFriends within 15 days of the original purchase! Make sure the item is in its original packaging and has all tags attached.

Any product return must be paid by the customer unless the error was made by FluffyFriends initially or if there is a manufacturing defect.

If a product needs to be returned in a different size, color, or style, the customer must pay the return shipping costs. FluffyFriends will pay the shipping costs to resend the correct product.

If you are returning the product, it must be in new condition to be accepted.
